Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Solution Manager to mentor teams across Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics, and Data Science functions to deliver high-impact analytical solutions.

This will be a long-term contract and requires you to be onsite at least 3-days per week. The position can be staffed at one of our client's locations in Plano, TX / Alpharetta, GA or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination across teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data-driven strategies, reporting needs, and advanced analytics use cases.
- Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, operational and executive reports, and self-service BI tools to support decision-making.
- Guide the design and deployment of predictive and statistical models that address business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs.
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions across business units and foster a data-driven culture.

Required Skills

- BS Degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of management exp.
