Our client, a Healthcare payor organization, is seeking a Healthcare focused, Member Engagement/Sales Representative to support, develop, implement, measure and optimize strategies that target postal and federal employee/retiree market segments. The selected candidate will be part of an established sales/marketing team to promote our client's benefits offerings.

The selected candidate will join our client to increase member engagement, increase enrollment and give the company visibility in the consumer markets. This role is responsible for benefit consulting that will provide members with an in-person and virtual platform to inquire on benefits. Benefit Consultants should also increase the market share by driving marketing strategies for new membership.

This position requires travel around the DC/MD/VA area, M-F, during normal business hours. Reliable transportation is required (public transportation or similar will not suffice).

Required Skills

- Able to travel locally (DC, MD, VA) M-F during normal business hours. Must have reliable transportation (public transportation will not suffice)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field with the healthcare payor market. Health insurance industry experience is required.
- Federal Healthcare Insurance, Postal Workers Unition, or similar is preferred (not required)
