What You Will Do:

- Design, develop, and deliver software components and services supporting AI/ML applications using Java
- Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to bring new features to life
- Help optimize model performance and system latency across distributed environments
- Contribute to REST API design and backend development
- Participate in code reviews, building strong engineering habits and best practices
- Support build, deployment, and CI/CD workflows to deliver complete, production-ready solutions

Work Schedule:

Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Required Skills

Qualifications:

- 2+ years' experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
-Demonstrated experience delivering software components or applications in a professional or project-based setting
-Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Go, Kotlin, C++-)
-Experience designing and implementing APIs or backend systems (RESTful APIs, microservices, etc.)
-Familiarity with software testing practices, including unit and integration testing
-Ability to independently execute development tasks and deliver working solutions with minimal direction
-Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset
