Help Desk Specialist

We have multiple long-term and stable job openings for Help Desk professionals in Western Suffolk. The selected Help Desk specialists will provide phone support as part of a 15+ member team responsible for Tier I and II 24/7 tech support for retail counter workers. The team is responsible for PC based POS and Mobile POS (MPOS) support, troubleshooting Hardware and Software pc problems, printing problems, digital signage, networking/WiFi issues, telecom support, connectivity issues, and applying patches as needed. This work 100% Help Desk / Phone Support based.

Required Skills

* 5+ years of Help Desk / Phone support experience
o Troubleshooting skills
o Windows 7 support
o WiFi and Telecom issues
o PC Connectivity
o Basic Active Directory admin
o Ticketing System Service Now, Remedy or alternative
o Support MS Office Apps - MS Outlook

* Flexible to work ALL SHIFTS within a 24/7 help desk
o Days, nights, weekends and holidays
* Industry certs are a PLUS
