Elite Technical is seeking an AI Engineer to support our customer. Preferred locations are Dallas or New York (surrounding states acceptable). This position is fully remote after first week of employment (first week of employment, must be onsite M-F/40 hours). Responsibilities include:

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities in insurance and risk domains
- Lead AI experimentation from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring measurable business value
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Vertex AI, LangChain, Google Agent Development Kit, and Python microservices
- Coordinate with offshore engineering teams as the onshore technical lead
- Implement GenAI pipelines including prompt orchestration, RAG, and multi-agent workflows

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, with 1+ year in Generative AI or LLMs
- Generative AI and Google Cloud technologies
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and Google Agent Development Kit
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, IAM
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks in regulated industries (insurance, financial services)
