Elite Technical is seeking a AWS Cloud Migration Engineer with project support/hands on experience with a AWS Cloud migration effort. The selected candidate will support our clients AWS Migration with a -lift and shift- effort, taking existing applications, containing them, then moving to our clients AWS Cloud platform. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in Cloud Migration projects.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Software experience
- SME level knowledge in AWS cloud technologies and experience in migration from OnPrem to AWS cloud. Must have strong EKS Cluser, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, load balancing and Docker knowledge.
- Proficient in Kubernetes Architecture, containerization, CLI, YAML.
- Proficient in deploy and manage application in Kubernetes cluster, scaling, networking, monitoring, logging and troubleshooting and debugging the application.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C, Python, etc.).,
- Proficient in Java stack such as spring framework, JMS, struts and tiles.
- Preferred: AWS Certification
