- Evolve, promote, and recommend the end-to-end AIOps architectural strategy for network operations transformation using AI and ML.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, communicate architectural decisions, and influence leadership-level alignment.
- Drive organizational adoption of AIOps, automation, and AI-enabled network operations.
- Architect and implement a production-grade AIOps framework on AWS to automate and enhance network monitoring, event correlation, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Integrate predictive and real-time ML models to proactively identify and prevent network outages.
- Establish observability standards (metrics, logs, traces) and enable closed-loop automation for continuous operations improvement.
- Lead the design of agentic AI systems using LLMs, tool-driven automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration.
- Implement guardrails, policy layers, and safe tooling interfaces enabling AI-driven autonomous decision-making in network operations.
- Combine foundation models on Amazon Bedrock with telecom-specific data, workflows, and automation triggers.
- Architect scalable, secure AWS environments supporting large enterprise telecom workloads.
- Leverage Amazon Neptune for graph modeling of network topology and integrate graph neural network (GNN) techniques for impact analysis, dependency reasoning, and predictive insight.
- Incorporate AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend to create end to end intelligent operations capabilities.
- Implement strong IAM, data protection, governance, and compliance-aligned cloud foundations.
