Elite Technical is seeking an Account Manager to support our customer, a family business that has been in operation for 35 years selling aftermarket automotive/bus repair parts to the federal, state, and local governments all across the USA! The Account Manager will be responsible for pre and post sales customer support, and tracking of post-sales customer activity. Specific duties include:
1. Track bid results
2. Order follow up efforts
3. Assist in crafting RFP responses to potential clients
4. Keep track of bids/data
5. Some order entry (possibly)
6. Develop sales opportunities by researching and prospecting
7. Upsell and Cross-sell the client base
8. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
This position is a 5x per week onsite opportunity with our client in Boca Raton FL. Please contact Elite Technical for additional information.
1. 2+ years in a Account / Customer Management position.
2. Outstanding client communications skills (verbal and writing) is required
3. Coming from automative after market industry or any wholesale organization in general considered a HUGE PLUS
4. Strong Data Entry abilities
5. Must have outstanding organization skills for customer and outbound bid tracking
6. Should be flexible with other responsibilities
