Required Skills

- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience - 3 to 5 years
- Quickbooks experience - 3 to 5 years - with Accounts Payable
- Accuracy in entering accounting transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Background in basic Administrative duties and able/willing to order and maintain inventory of office supplies
