What You Will Do:

Required Skills

Experience & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience managing software development and/or cloud DevOps teams in Agile environments.
- PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, PMI-PBA).
- Proven ability to operate within Agile-based cloud and software delivery frameworks.
- Experience in cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated urgency in delivering project scope and escalating issues with actionable mitigation strategies.
- Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Skilled in executive reporting, strategic planning, and translating technical outcomes into business value.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in drafting effective project plans and proposals.
- Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to drive consensus and clarity.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience in telecommunications, finance, and public sector projects is a plus.
