Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Business Analyst/Campaign Analyst to deploy campaigns in SAS Direct as per campaign design specifications.
This will be a long-term contract and requires you to be onsite at least 3-days per week. The position can be staffed at one of our client's locations in Plano, TX / Alpharetta, GA or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing SAS Direct campaign configurations and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to define audience segments, campaign KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.

- BS Degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of BA exp.
- Strong SAS experience including SAS Direct and SAS RTDM
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
