Elite Technical is seeking two Business Analysts who will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within the Asset Management domain. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep domain expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables that align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include:

- Engage stakeholders to capture and validate dashboard and reporting requirements.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Apply Asset Management domain expertise and Eagle IBOR data knowledge to solution design.
- Perform gap analysis and support development, QA, and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

These positions will require being onsite for first week of contract, along with occasional Client site meetings in New Jersey or New York City areas.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of IBOR concepts, Eagle platform data structures, and SQL (required); knowledge of EAGLE PACE Investment Data Warehouse is a plus.
- Proven ability to create clear, traceable requirements documentation and manage Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
