Elite Technical is seeking a Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to support our client as a remote consultant on a 12 month+ engagement. This consultant will support our client's Government Programs migration to the Facets platform by improving and documenting enterprise-wide business processes. This initiative is currently one of the organization's highest priorities and requires experienced consultants capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

Primary responsibilities Will be:
- Discovering current processes
- Designing and documenting end-to-end workflows
- Identifying cross-functional process gaps
- Recommending process improvements
- Facilitating discussions between multiple business teams

This position is fully remote and can be staffed anywhere in the country (EST working hours).

Required Skills

Must Have
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 4-6 years working specifically as a Business Process Consultants/ Business Architects (with strong process improvement experience)
- Enterprise-level Business Process Management experience.
- Experience creating end-to-end process documentation.
- Healthcare Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Experience working across multiple business departments.
- Ability to independently facilitate discussions with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and consulting mindset.
- Candidates should understand healthcare insurance operations such as: Claims, Enrollment, Provider workflows, Care Management, Utilization Management
