Our client, a respected Professional Services firm, is looking for a hands-on CMS Implementation Engineer to take ownership of the technical build behind a major, high-visibility website transformation. This is a chance to shape how a State Agency serves and connects with the public, with your work directly visible to thousands of end users.


What You'll Do:

- Design and configure core CMS structures, modules, and publishing workflows in Drupal
- Build structured content models, reusable templates, and page models aligned with an approved digital strategy and sitemap
- Establish taxonomy and information architecture across multiple levels, from foundational structure to detailed content organization
- Build and customize responsive page models and content types across Drupal and Wagtail
- Integrate with external systems including APIs, DAM platforms, analytics tools, and authentication services
- Ensure the platform meets rigorous accessibility, hosting, and security standards

Required Skills

Skills:

- Due to the nature of the work being performed, must be US Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident
- 3-5+ years hands-on CMS implementation in Drupal and/or Wagtail, content migration experience, Jira familiarity.
- Experience with content migration, digital asset management, and web testing
- Real content and static asset migration experience
- Hands-on Drupal and/or Wagtail (PHP, Python, Django)
- Jira and Agile sprint familiarity
- Higher ed or government background a strong plus.
