**REMOTE**

Our client, an IT Services organization supporting commercial and federal clients, is seeking a Citrix SME to support a large technology customer based in Delaware. The Citrix SME will help build and implement Citrix in their environment before the end of the year using best practices and providing the initial support and management after implementation. They will initially support ~1,000 users and scale to 10,000-20,000 users.

The role is 100% Remote and the initial contract is for 6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Administer, build and deliver Citrix solution built for resiliency and uptime using best practices
- Support and manage solution after implementation
- Communicate across various customer teams and stakeholders
- Make recommendations and suggestions based on best practices
- Report to customer stakeholders on project progress

Required Skills

- Must be US Citizen due to customer requirement
- Minimum 8-10 years- experience with Citrix
- Proven track record of building and delivering Citrix solutions for large organizations as a project technical lead
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across various business units
- Experience with Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, Okta, and VMware preferred
