Elite Technical is seeking a Clinical Business Test Analyst to support our client to adopt the CMS 0057 F mandate. We are seeking Test Analysts with clinical testing experience to create/execute test cases for this project. The selected candidate will:

- Work closely with business, IT and end to end testing group in conducting and managing business testing
- Accountable for end to end requirements traceability
- Responsible for test remediation lifecycle
- Responsible for RAID (Risk Action Information Decision) and dependencies working closely with business, IT and testing teams
- Responsible for weekly project status
- Responsible for working closely with business readiness team
- Work closely with business readiness for Provider Onboarding

This position is a contract to permanent opportunity with our client offering career growth and stability. Although this position is 100% remote, we are seeking candidates that reside in one of the following states: DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL

Required Skills

- 8 years exp of Testing Experience with recent (5 years) experience within a clinical env. creating / executing test cases.
- Bachelor's Degree is required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
- Must have knowledge: CMS-0057 F requirements
- Prior experience with UM, CM, Clinical Operations
- Prior experience with any leading Utilization MGT platform, GuideingCare is top choice, MCG (MilleniumCare Guidelines) or InterQual or similar can be considered
- Prior experience with business testing
- Prior experience with requirements traceability management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for a multi-party project environment
