Contract Recruiter (Marketing, Customer Success)

Elite Technical is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6 month engagement with our client, an IT SaaS organization. We are seeking Recruiters who have specifically staffed both Customer Success and Marketing positions for a IT SaaS organization in the past.

This is a fully remote opportunity. If you are a Senior-level Technical Recruiter, consider joining our clients team!

Required Skills

- 7 years of experience in Recruiting. Must have a successful track record of sourcing Customer Success and/or Marketing Professionals
- 2+ recent years supporting a IT SaaS organization as a recruiter
- Must have worked within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Results-driven with a strong orientation toward success
