We are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to find meaning in data as a thought leader so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions and assist the organization in making better business decisions within our clients IT environment. The selected candidate will engage in data exploration using various programming languages, then collect/analyze/interpret data to glean insights, and develop business appropriate recommendations. The selected candidate will serve as an expert resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders and driving to resolution, and produces technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is acceptable)
- Experience: 5 years experience in an Data Analyst/Analytical/Quantitative related role.
- Must be analytical, with a passion for extracting / reviewing data to expand digital product offerings. Curious minded individuals with motivation to learn new skills is critically important to the environment.
- Must have solid SQL Query skills to extra data from different sources
- Experience within Healthcare Insurance Industry is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Experience with Big Data/NoSQL Platforms is highly preferred, but other DB-s are acceptable.
- Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
