Elite Technical is seeking a Healthcare domain Enterprise Data Architect. The selected candidate will support the organization in the planning, development, and application of enterprise architecture to achieve business strategies and transformations. We are seeking candidates that have strong Data Transformations background at the Enterprise level.

The selected candidate will have a broad understanding of the enterprise, the business, current capabilities and future needs, business initiatives and healthcare/technology industry trends. Supports business strategy and enterprise architecture development, by providing counsel, monitoring industry trends to and ensure business objectives are met. Provides leadership, mentoring and counsel to senior leadership and teams.Leads planning and delivery of EA services and support across multiple business areas and/or enterprise architecture functions. Leads development and continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture practice, including the definition and application of frameworks, methods, processes, and tools.

We are seeking candidates that are local to the Reston VA office for weekly onsite meetings. This position is a contract to permanent opportunity, offering career stability and growth with our customer. Our client will also be conducting onsite/F2F interviews in Reston VA as a final round interview.

Required Skills

-Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.)
-Experience: 5-8 years of overall experience as a Data Architect
- 5 years in a Healthcare Payor environment.
- Required Tech Stack: AWS Aurora OR MongoDB (one or the other), RedShift, DB2 or any relational DB (one or the other), data transformational background, PostGres
Nice to have Tech Stack: Mainframe
- Able to drive conversations with solution architect teams to ensure data domains requirements are captured and accurately implemented into the platform
