What You Will Do:
* Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and account administration
* Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
* Troubleshoot printers and other peripherals
* Assist with Active Directory and Entra ID administration
* Handle endpoint management and new device deployment
* Document incidents, requests, and asset records with accuracy
* Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including connectivity, VPN, MFA, and wireless
* Deliver onsite support to both clinical and administrative users

- Must be US Citizen due to client requirement
- 2+ years providing Tier I/II support as Desktop Support / PC Technician / IT Support Specialist
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Active Directory and endpoint management exposure
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
