Our client is seeking a senior Digital Workplace / End User Computing (EUC) leader to drive strategy, modernization, and operations for enterprise workplace technology and global IT service desk functions.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity focused on modernizing the digital workplace, improving the employee technology experience, strengthening endpoint security, and driving operational excellence.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of end user computing (EUC) platforms and service desk operations. The Director ensures that employees have access to reliable, innovative, and secure digital tools, and that support for these services is responsive, user-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
What You-ll Do:
- Lead Digital Workplace, EUC, and Service Desk operations, including end-user devices and enterprise support.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies for endpoint management, workplace technology, collaboration, and user support.
- Oversee device lifecycle management, provisioning, standardization, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, cloud productivity tools, virtual desktops, unified communications, automation, and AI.
- Improve Service Desk performance through ITIL, KPIs, self-service, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure endpoint security, compliance, privacy, and data protection.
- Lead digital workplace transformation initiatives that improve employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience.
- Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets, SLAs, and cost optimization.
- Establish governance, policies, and procedures for EUC and Service Desk operations.
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate technology needs into effective solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing workplace technology teams.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Managed services, consulting and solutioning experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in end user computing, service desk, or digital workplace leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale workplace transformation projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL, device management platforms, cybersecurity principles, and cloud-based productivity solutions.
- Strong financial acumen and vendor management expertise.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, complex, and global environments.
