Elite Technical is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to leverage Dynatrace for ensuring end-to-end observability across their hybrid infrastructure and critical applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing Dynatrace monitoring solutions, developing dashboards, and proactively identifying performance issues. Must be able to demonstrate experience of tuning alerts to reduce false positives and noise

Responsibilities
- Dynatrace Configuration & Management: Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Dynatrace monitoring solutions, specifically for end-to-end visibility across hybrid infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Dashboarding & Alerting: Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Dynatrace dashboards, health checks, and alerting thresholds. - Application Performance Monitoring (APM): Hands-on experience utilizing Dynatrace for APM to monitor application performance and transaction flows. Must be familiar with PurePath technology for distributed tracing and code-level visibility
- Synthetic & Real User Monitoring (RUM): Experience configuring and supporting Dynatrace Synthetic monitoring (simulating user journeys) and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to analyze actual end-user experience and browser performance
- Proactive Incident Identification: Ability to use Dynatrace to proactively identify potential system or application performance issues before they impact production, and to provide monitoring insights during incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering
- 5+ years of experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Dynatrace monitoring solutions for end-to-end visibility across hybrid infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Dynatrace dashboards, health checks, and alerting thresholds
- Experience tuning alerts to reduce false positives and noise
- Hands-on experience utilizing Dynatrace for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to monitor application performance and transaction flows
- Familiarity with PurePath technology for distributed tracing and code-level visibility
- Experience configuring and supporting Dynatrace Synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM)
- Ability to use Dynatrace to proactively identify potential system or application performance issues before they impact production
- Ability to provide monitoring insights during incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Preferred:
- Experience with Prometheus monitoring tools
