# Component Level Electronics Quality Inspector
Location: Canonsburg, PA (100% Onsite)

As a Quality Inspector, you will be the last line of defense for product integrity, catching issues in real time and driving corrective actions that keep production running smoothly and safely.
This is more than an inspection role. You will gain hands-on exposure to advanced component level electronics, build deep expertise in quality systems, and work alongside teams who value precision and accountability. Your attention to detail directly supports mission critical defense technology.
What You Will Do:
- Inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment at multiple stages of production to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Perform real-time defect evaluation, identifying root causes and recommending effective corrective actions
- Verify that corrective actions and rework are properly implemented to prevent recurring issues
- Maintain accurate labeling and traceability of parts and materials throughout the production process
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, inspection reports and audit ready records

- Must be US Citizen due to the nature of work being performed
- Must be willing to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- High School diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience is required. Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, and Mechanical engineering is preferred.
- J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required
- Solid knowledge of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and statistics and process control techniques
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to verify that parts and assemblies meet design specifications
- Understanding fundamental concepts and principles of electrical or mechanical systems and components, which are necessary for performing inspections and tests.
- Must have strong communication skills to interface with coworkers, internal customers and potentially suppliers.
