Employment Law Attorney

Elite Technical is seeking an Attorney with specific knowledge in Employment Law, along with a NJ bar admission (NY bar admission a plus). The selected candidate will support Employment Law related legal matters for our client, a large law firm in the State of New Jersey.

This is a fulltime, direct opportunity with our client, and is a hybrid opportunity (average 4 days per week onsite). Please contact Elite Technical for additional information!

Required Skills

- NJ bar admission required. NY bar admission a plus.
- 4+ years of employment law experience is required.
- Candidate should have experience with counseling employers on various employment-related issues in addition to representing employer in litigation.
