Executive Administrative Assistant


Elite Technical is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with superb event/calendar management abilities (Google Gmail) to provide high-level, high-quality administrative and organizational support to multiple SVP-s and the CEO of our clients facility in Atlanta GA (hybrid position, onsite 1-2x per month).

The selected candidate will develop relationships with key stakeholders within the division and throughout the company, using excellent interpersonal skills to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in support of their executive and the success of their division and the broader company. Works with minimal supervision and has latitude with independent judgement.

Required Skills


- Min of 5 years of Executive Administrative experience. Must have experience supporting at least 3+ C-Level / SVP professionals at one given time
- Must have strong Google/Gmail calendar management abilities (critically important)
- Must be able to excel in a fast pace / chaotic environment
- Proactive mindset. Able to track down potential issues before happening
- Polished communicator to interact with C-Level and Board Member personnel
