Our Client, a global leader in delivering diverse technologies is seeking a Sales Lead to over see their Federal Government Business in the Healthcare Sector. Our client is looking for the sales leader to accelerate their federal market growth across technology-driven professional services, shape strategy, build pipeline, and lead pursuits to expand federal contracts and connect mission-driven client needs with their core technical capabilities. This role will report to the VP, Data & Technology Solutions (DTS).
Although the the position is fully remote, we're only considering candidates in DC, MD or VA (DMV area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies across current contracts and mission-driven partnerships.
- Pipeline Development: Build and mature opportunities aligned with core capabilities and target agencies.
- Partnerships/Teaming: Establish teaming agreements and long-term business partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with capture, proposal, and business development teams to drive winning strategies.
- Federal Market Focus: Expand relationships and opportunities in DOE, HHS, DoD (Navy, AF), VA, IHS, DHA, and adjacent health/technology agencies.
- Leadership: Operate as a subject matter expert, mentor client managers, and align with cross-BU leadership on integrated solution selling.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years federal business development/capture experience (DOE/HHS preferred).
- Proven track record of winning federal contracts (expansion + new wins).
- Deep knowledge of Health IT / technology-focused federal services.
- Strong federal network across DOE, HHS, DoD, VA, IHS, DHA.
- Ability to lead teaming, capture, and pipeline strategy independently.
