Elite Technical is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with project support/hands on experience with a AWS Cloud migration effort. The selected candidate will perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of our client's legacy web application, along with supporting their AWS migration effort. The selected candidate will work with appropriate stakeholders to define system scope and objectives and establish baselines. Establishes project standards and processes. Breaks down software requirements and creates highly complex systems.

This position is a hybrid opportunity (1-2x per QTR onsite in Reston VA) and has the potential to convert to FTE status. Our client is also requesting a F2F/onsite interview as part of the interview process.

Required Skills

- BS Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- 8 years of Software Development experience
- Has supported an AWS migration. General understanding of AWS API Gateway
- Must have experience with Legacy Java applications + newer (Java 21)
- Frontend: Angular 16+, CSS, HTML, React
- Must have Java development experience with ability to develop unit / integration test cases using Junit /TestNg.
- Must have ability to understand and work with code developed by other developers.
- Must have extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).
- Good to have experience working with API Management Tools.
- Good to have Experience working with GIT/BitBucket.

- AWS related certification
- Amazon Q Developer
- Healthcare Industry Experience
