Elite Technical is seeking a NASCO Functional Analyst to support our customer, a major Healthcare Insurance organization! Our client is in need of an analyst with knowledge in Healthcare NASCO (Preferable FlexLink) data review and data entry. We are seeking an analytical thinker, someone who can route different enrollment/claims issues to different team members for triage support. We are seeking candidates that has the ability to navigate with NASCOs platform for any unbalanced calculations.

Required Skills

- Education Level: Bachelors Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Experience: 2 years experience in a Business or Functional Analyst role.
- Min of 2 years of NASCO is required. Preferable FlexLink (a NASCO TPA Product)
- Big Plus: Blue Card, 835, 837
-Fi Serve - Big plus
- Must be able to review/manipulate data within an MS Excel spreadsheet. Pivot tables, v-look up - Advanced Excel skills required
- Analytical skills, exception writing and communication skills
- Must be AGILE! Must be able to work within a fast paced environment. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments = Big Plus
