Healthcare Benefits Functional Analyst

Elite Technical is seeking a Healthcare Benefits Functional Analyst to support our client, a major Healthcare organization. This position is 100% remote but the selected candidate must be able to work standard EST hours. The selected candidate will analyze Healthcare Benefits information in different formats (mostly MS Excel), then enter/map this information into our clients benefits system. Once entered, will work with the testing team for verification and/or troubleshooting of the coding/mapping information.

Required Skills

- Education Level: HS or GED is required.
- Experience: Min of 2 years experience within a Healthcare Insurance environment, analyzing benefits information for proper entry.
- Must have strong MS Excel experience
-Must have strong Data Entry skills
-Must have basic knowledge around claims processing and healthcare codes/procedures

Preferred (not required):
- NASCO platform
- Power BI/SharePoint/MS Teams
- Geno Tables (Nasco specific)
- Bachelor's Degree
