Elite Technical is seeking three Backend Java/AWS Cloud Developers (two LEADS, one SENIOR) with strong AWS Cloud knowledge to support our client through a migration from legacy IBM MQ technologies, to a newer Java related technology environment. The selected candidates will perform complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems. Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. Acts as a mentor to junior engineers

Required Skills

-Experience (for LEAD positions): 12+ years of Software design and hands on development, 2 years of Team Lead experience, along with 3 years of AWS, Proof of Concept (POC) understanding
-Experience (for SENIOR position): 10+ years of Software design and hands on development, along with 2 years of AWS

For both positions:

-Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.
-Must have Technology Stack:
(1) Java, Spring Framework, Spring Integration, Micro-Services, Web Services, IBM MQ
(2) Hands-on AWS development experience, EventBridge, Lambda, EKS services, ETS, basic knowledge in AWS event driving architecture and designing
(3) Monitoring Tools: Datadog or Cloudwatch or similar
