Elite Technical is currently seeking a Senior Developer to support our customers Digital Experience, in Washington, DC. This individual will be a key member on the API Management team what leverage IBM API Management tool to create and manage API-s/Web Services. The responsibilities include execution of full software development life cycle activities in support of the project which will include but not limited to:

- Work directly with requirement analyst, architect, technical lead and other team members on design and development tasks.
- Accountable for meeting delivery milestones
- IBM- API Management solution; Architecture, Administration, Development and Security
- Apply best practices for API Management
- API creation, socialization and security
- Secure enterprise applications using right tools and protocols (Security protocols and standards like OAuth, PKI,SSL etc.)
- Configure security, transformation for a simple-to-medium complexity API, enforcing SLM etc.
- Work on designing and implementing full stack monitoring for enterprise web service platform (primary responsibility).
- Integration of IBM- API Management solution and IBM DataPower
- Development work using IBM- API Management solution and IBM DataPower
- Monitoring IBM- API Management solution, IBM WebSphere DataPower and Java backend services
- Build REST and SOAP based web services, and securely invoking them as well.
- Conduct code review, unit and integration testing.
- Document API-s using Swagger and support API Management developer portal.
- User Acceptance testing support.
- Document system design and transfer maintenance work to FEPOC support team.
- Implement security architecture (OAuth), and other cross cutting concerns identified to meet FEPOC business needs.
