What You Will Do:
- Support proposal efforts, helping shape winning technical solutions
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses to strengthen overall security posture
- Develop system security documentation and support accreditation and certification testing
- Evaluate systems, networks, and information systems to ensure they meet government security specifications
- Create technical engineering products across the full system development life cycle
- Help define the engineering frameworks and best practices used across multiple programs and systems
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have an active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models
- Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and champions MBSE adoption across cross-functional teams
