Litigation Paralegal


We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience to work in our Child Victims Department. Experience with negligence and personal injury cases is helpful. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with clients.
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations.
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records.
- Court filings.
- Other administrative duties as needed.

This position is a onsite opportunity (5x per week) in Chicago IL. This is a direct/full-time employment opportunity with our client!

Required Skills


- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm environment, supporting one or more of the following categories: Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Child Victims, Sex/Violent Crimes
- Excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Preferred:
- Paralegal Certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience reviewing medical records
