Elite Technical is seeking a Data Analyst with specific knowledge in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity! A big plus would be experience within Quality, Stars as well. The selected candidate is to find meaning in data as a thought leader so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions and assist the organization in making better business decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 25% Engages in data exploration using various programming languages (reading and writing code), requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures
- 15% Collect, analyze, and interpret data to glean insights, and develop business appropriate recommendations
- 15% Serve as an expert resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders and driving to resolution
- 15% Research and analyze data flow across complex data ecosystem including operational and analytical data platforms
- 10% Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data driven solution. Produces and reviews technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.
- 10% Lead in the design, development, validation and delivery of data to provide insight into business decisions
- 10% Act as a mentor to all team members

Required Skills

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience
- Experience: Min of 6 years experience in an progressively responsible Data analytical/quantitative role.
- Advanced risk and adjustment is required skills is required. Must have strong Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity
