Our client, a Healthcare payor organization, is seeking a Healthcare focused, Member Engagement/Sales Representative to support, develop, implement, measure and optimize strategies that target postal and federal employee/retiree market segments. The selected candidate will be part of an established sales/marketing team to promote our client's benefits offerings.
The selected candidate will join our client to increase member engagement, increase enrollment and give the company visibility in the consumer markets. This role is responsible for benefit consulting that will provide members with an in-person and virtual platform to inquire on benefits. Benefit Consultants should also increase the market share by driving marketing strategies for new membership. This candidate will also maintain CVENT database (for health fairs and conventions)
This position requires extensive travel (est. 50%) to the local DC/MD/VA market, and nationwide. Travel is sporadic/random, with certain peak and off-peak seasons.

- Able to travel locally (DC, MD, VA) and nationally (avg. 50%, random travel with peak and off-peak seasons)
- Bachelor-s degree in Health Administration/Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field.
- Able to analyze healthcare and/or marketing data to assist with market strategies
- Proven experience with effective oral presentations in front of large and small audiences
- Health insurance industry experience is required.
- Federal Healthcare Insurance, Postal Workers Unition, or similar is preferred (not required)
