Elite Technical is seeking a Member Inquiry/Complaint Specialist to represent our client's Executives with member reach-outs regarding their Health Benefits. We are seeking a polished communication and writer to represent Executive responses. Duties include:
- Conduct initial research and fact finding for executive inquiries and complaints.
- Categorize and document member complaints.
- Prepare written responses and correspondence to executive inquiries and complaints, once resolution has been attained.
- Document and review cases in the OnBase workflow management system
- Stay up-to-date on health plan benefits.
- Perform other duties as assigned
For the first few weeks, this position will be onsite 5x per week for Training in Elkridge MD. After training completes, this will be a hybrid (2x per week) onsite position. This position is a FTE/Direct opportunity with our customer, who is offering a generous salary and benefits package.
- AA degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Healthcare claims and benefits is required.
- 2+ years of of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking to interpret insurance policies and claims.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent problem solving, organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products.
- Big Plus: Experience with OnBase workflow management system
