They are seeking an experienced Metasolv Project Manager to manage multiple teams of Metasolv/M6 developers for Fiber Operators. The person must have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead 3 to 6 teams ranging from 5 to 8 resources.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong project management skills capable of running and managing large team(s) of Metasolv/M6 developers for Fiber operators
- Superb communication skills
- Capable of communicating and planning with C and V level executives, and a proven record of managing teams to delivery
- Deep understanding of Fiber and Copper inventory on M6 including migrations
- Deep understanding of M6 clusters, instances, performance tunning and enhancing stability
- Ability to lead multiple teams (3-6 teams of 5-8 people each)
- Ability to use JIRA and project management tools to track and manage workloads
