Paralegal


Elite Technical is a Paralegal to work in our client's Child Victims Act (CVA) Department in their Baltimore office. Experience with negligence, personal injury, or medical malpractice cases is required. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is organized and able to prioritize tasks. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients.
- Calendar management.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations.
- Scheduling depositions.
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records.
- Court filings.
- Other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills


- 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm environment.
- Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Experience with negligence, personal injury, or medical malpractice cases is required.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseloads is required
- Big Plus: Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) filing knowledge
