Elite Technical is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our customer, a telecommunications organization, with new phone system installations projects! These projects are all B2B based (not residential) for small to mid-size customers. Projects can range from under 50 new phone system installs, to over 300. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer interactions, and the deployment of internal technicians to the customer site for install.

Although this position is 100% remote, we are seeking candidates that reside in the EST or CST time zone.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Telecommunications Experience, specifically has a Project Coordinator
- Outstanding customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of phone number porting procedures
- Background in interacting / managing technicians for new phone system installations
- Background in ordering telecommunication equipment per customer specs
