Elite Technical is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for our client-s Provider Relations Department. We are seeking a -behind the scenes" professional who can track KPI-s of our client-s Provider Relations Department (I.E: Provider resolution timelines, process improvements, internal REP-s performance, gap analysis, medical retrieval, etc..), then report the findings via MS Excel.

We are seeking candidates with strong healthcare payor and/or provider industry experience, within the Maryland/Wash DC/Virginia markets for occasional onsite meetings in Maryland (1-2x per month).

Required Skills

1. 3+ years of Healthcare Provider and/or Insurance Industry experience
2. 3+ years of Project Coordination and/or Management within a Provider related environment. Knowledge of Medical Retrieval is required.
3. Prior experience tracking departmental and employee KPI-s
4. Excellent MS Excel knowledge for data tracking and reporting
