Elite Technical is seeking a Project Manager who can support several AI / ML related projects with our customer, a major Federal Health Insurance organization, to help drive efficiencies into their claims processing / claims adjudication environment . The selected candidate will plan, organize, and manage large scale or complex projects for successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks progress and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.

This is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer, offering career growth and stability. Although mostly remote, occasional onsite meetings will occur in Wash DC and Maryland (2x per month) so we are seeking candidates that resides in the DC Metro area to accommodate onsite requirements.

Required Skills

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field-(In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience)
- Experience: 5 years as a Project Manager within a Healthcare Payor/Insurance environment. Must have knowledge about Claims Pre-adjudication, Post adjudication and Vouchering
-Must have led/supported one AI related project, and one Machine Learning (ML) related project (two in total)
- Expertise in managing large budgets ($3-5M)-
-Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
-Strong Project planning and life cycle development
-Ability to establish working relationships and influence/persuade across all levels of leadership including C-Suit


Preferred Qualifications
-Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
-SAFe certification. Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles.
-Knowledge on Salesforce CRM solution preferred
