Elite Technical is seeking a Healthcare Provider Relations Representative in the Maryland/Washington DC/Virginia area. The selected candidate will be a liaison between internal stakeholders and healthcare provider customers to respond to a variety of requests and issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for an average of 40 incoming requests (via email and/or phone) from provider offices on a daily basis. The selected candidate will respond and resolve complex claims issues in a professional customer service manner. We are seeking candidates that are comfortable speaking with external customers (via email and phone), and has a strong healthcare insurance and/or provider background.

Although this position is primarily remote, the selected candidate will report to our client-s Maryland office 1-2x per month.

Required Skills

1. 3+ years in Healthcare (open to provider offices and/or payor organizations)
2. Outstanding customer service skills via verbal and writing. Must be a polished professional to handle customer inquiries on a daily basis.
3. Must have strong Healthcare Claims knowledge. Must have strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.
4. Strong MS Suite knowledge
5. HS Diploma or GED is required
