QA Lead

Seeking a QA Lead for a large complex Health Insurance program with approximately 12 work streams that includes new product and business capabilities, enhancing and integration to existing platforms and business processes. The program includes approximately 12 Carriers, Vendors & Partners with two-way data exchanges and some with integration, Data Conversion and Testing to support QA, UAT and production. This individual will work under a program team that consists of multiple Business Analysts, Technical and business teams from the end-client, as well as their clients and vendor
partners to manage and deliver.

The selected person will be responsible for the following -

- Lead the overall Test Strategy development and drive execution of all testing product artifacts/documentation and sign off
- Testing Quality, User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Testing
- Details Test Plan - able to articulate different components of a Test plan
- Traceability between BRD, Functional specs & Test cases
- Exit and entry criteria
- Priority/Severity classifications for handling issues
- Product artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Summary results for each phase of Testing
- Sign-offs on key Test documentation by stake holders

QA / Test Schedule:

- Testing strategy is due July
- Testing will start in Aug - November.
- Go-Live for Benefit Trust, Employers, State Agencies is planned for Dec 1st
- Go live for Member is Jan 1st.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Manual and Automation Testing
- Testing Microsoft .Net portal / mobile apps. with there are
- Ability to work with a lot of Integrated partners/carriers/vendors as part of the testing.
- Healthcare / Benefit Administration / Financial background
- Experience with TFS tool and Excel
- Experience with Soap UI and/or restful services for API testing
- Experience with Cross Browser testing skills - knowledge to develop and coordinate testing with resources.
