Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a RAN Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in integrating and commissioning of latest Ericsson BBU and Radio equipment. The role involves end-to-end integration, troubleshooting, and support for wireless network deployments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of E// Basebands BB5216, BB6630, BB6648, BB6610 and related RAN equipment (e.g., RRU8843, RRU8863, RRU4449, Street Macro 6701/6705, AIR 6419, LPRU, SAU, XMU).
- Supports Hardware/BBU Swaps
- Execute call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures.
- Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate integration.
- Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues.
- Support software upgrades, license installations, and configuration changes.
- Maintain documentation of integration activities and site configurations.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in wireless network integration, preferably on Ericsson platforms.
- Experience working in Verizon Wireless Network preferably on RAN Integration
- Familiar with Verizon network activity processes and ways of working.
- Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies and Ericsson hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave).
- Experience with Ericsson tools such as ENM, CLI, SHM, SecureCRT
- Should be familiar with Onsite Ix activities and E2E physical connections
- Familiarity with site survey reports, KPI-s, and integration checklists.
- Ability to interpret design layouts and power/accessory requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Be flexible in shifts and adjust to project requirements.
