Seeking an SDET with solid understanding of software testing methodologies, able to analyze complex problems and think critically to develop effective testing strategies. S/he will be required to work on a project team to review functional requirements, write & execute ETL test cases, validate results using reporting tools and facilitate defect management process.

Although this position is primarily remote, we are seeking candidates that are local to the Reston VA area for a final round F2F interview, and monthly onsite visits to our clients site in Reston VA.

Required Skills

5+ years experience as a SDET with the hands-on experience:

- Test automation using Selenium Java. Able to build frameworks from scratch
- Back End Testing (ETL) with proficiency in writing complex SQL statements
- Experience with Big Data ETL testing (Hadoop, Cloudera, Hive)
- AWS Cloud, including S3, Redshift, Jenkins CI/CD
- Healthcare Insurance industry exp: Big Plus
