Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for SOC 2 Compliance Technical Program Manager. Our client's Compliance team is seeking an experienced SOC 2 Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and operationalize a program focused on SOC 2 Type II certification management. This role will drive compliance readiness across our client's systems and processes, ensuring that evidence and artifacts required for SOC 2 audits are consistently prepared and maintained. The TPM will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to embed SOC 2 controls into daily daily workflows and evangelize compliance best practices across the organization.


Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute SOC 2 Type II compliance programs, including readiness
assessments, evidence collection, and audit coordination.
- Develop scalable processes for continuous compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement SOC 2 controls
across systems and services.
- Define requirements for tools and automation to streamline compliance evidence
collection.
- Partner with external auditors and customer teams to ensure successful SOC 2 Type
II audits.
- Promote compliance awareness and best practices across Amdocs teams.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree AND 2+ years of experience in technical program management,
compliance, or security operations.
- 2+ years of experience managing SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional compliance projects.
- End-to-end experience with audit lifecycle and evidence management.

Preferred Experience:

- 4+ years of experience with SOC 2 Type II audits and security control frameworks
(ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST 800-171).
- Strong technical background in security and network architecture.
- CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification preferred.
