Our client is expanding its analytics and reporting capabilities to support internal stakeholders, delegated functions, health plan operations, and future external partner access by leverage Power BI at the enterprise level. To do so securely and without overprovisioning, our client must establish a formal security architecture that governs how data is shared, accessed, and segmented across organizations. We are seeking a Security Architect who can design and lead the enterprise security framework required to support external reporting, role-based access controls, row-level security, and data sharing governance.
Our client-s strategic direction includes the use of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, PHDS, Entra ID and future health plan reporting capabilities. These initiatives will require a secure framework that allows authorized users to access only the data appropriate to their role, organization, contractual relationship, and approved business purpose. Future requirements include secure access for external partners through a separate cloud environment, enforcement of Data Use Agreements, auditable reporting access, and technical controls that support HIPAA, NIST, and Zero Trust principles.
The architectural decisions made now will establish the foundation for all future analytics, reporting, and external data-sharing activities.
A dedicated security architecture engagement is needed to design:
1. Enterprise role-based access controls (RBAC)
2. Row-level security (RLS) standards
3. Data Use Agreement enforcement controls
4. External tenant and identity architecture
5. Partner access governance
6. Audit and monitoring requirements
7. Security standards for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, and PHDS integration
This is a project-based opportunity, funded thru the end of 2026, and is fully remote. Please contact Elite Technical for further information.
