Elite Technical is currently seeking a remote based, ServiceNow Developer, to support our client on a government related, one year contract opportunity. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting and third party software integrations. Out of the box solutions are preferred and the developer should be able to fully assess this option prior to taking a custom development approach. This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The developer should also have prior Service Portal and web development experience. Other responsibilities include:

- Support the ongoing design, implementation, testing and operations of ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management (VRM) requirements as required
Manage the access request processes related to the Vendor Portal
- Support the ServiceNow platform team to test functionality, e.g. smoke testing, to validate that platform updates have not impacted the VRM application
- Troubleshoot and correct any issues through root cause analysis and remediation efforts

Required Skills

- Due to the government nature of this position, US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
- One or both: Bachelors degree and Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including Service Portal experience
- Full-stack development experience including Object Oriented Programming knowledge
- One or more languages: JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
- Experience working in Agile environment with excellent written and oral communication skills
