What You'll Do:

Lead AI Innovation on the ServiceNow Platform:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI
- Build and configure Now Assist Skills and AI-driven workflows for real enterprise use cases
- Create intelligent automation that reduces manual work and drives measurable efficiency gains
- Design AI-assisted experiences for agents, fulfillers, administrators, and end users
- Integrate ServiceNow with external AI/LLM services and enterprise AI platforms
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and piloting new ServiceNow AI capabilities as they launch
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation

Build the Platform That Powers It All:
- Design, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
- Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Build reusable, scalable components following ServiceNow best practices
- Architect and maintain complex workflows and automated business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced platform issues
- Guide code quality through reviews and hands-on mentorship

Required Skills

Required Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required
- Strong experience developing solutions within large, enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow AI, Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or related technologies
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
