ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator located in or near Phoenix AZ! Responsibilities include:

- Manage user accounts, roles, access control lists (ACLs), and ensure data integrity while overseeing daily ServiceNow operations for optimal system performance
- Plan, test, and execute platform upgrades and patching activities, ensuring environment stability and compatibility throughout the process
- Implement and enforce platform governance policies, monitor compliance with usage standards, and schedule regular maintenance activities to ensure system reliability
- Address and resolve L2 and L3 support tickets related to platform issues, workflows, integrations, and configuration errors efficiently
- Continuously monitor platform health, identify potential issues, and implement optimizations to enhance system performance

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with the following:

- Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Application Experience: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and administration: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, also user management, roles, and ACLs
- Proven experience in planning and executing platform upgrades and patching while maintaining system stability
- Familiarity with governance policies and compliance monitoring in a platform environment
- Ability to handle L2 and L3 support tickets, with a strong problem-solving mindset for resolving complex platform issues
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to support enhancements and resolve production issues

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Administration: Manage users, roles, ACLs, and data integrity. Oversee day-to-day ServiceNow operations and ensure optimal system performance.
- Upgrades & Patching: Plan, test, and execute platform upgrades and patching activities while maintaining environment stability and compatibility.
- Governance & Maintenance: Implement platform governance policies, monitor usage compliance, and schedule regular maintenance activities.
- Incident & Problem Resolution: Handle L2 and L3 support tickets related to platform issues, workflows, integrations, and configuration errors.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor platform health, identify issues, and optimize system performance.
- Change & Release Management: Support migration of update sets, handle deployment activities, and ensure adherence to change management processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes, release notes, and issue resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to support enhancements and fix production issues efficiently.
